As a script supervisor (the crew member responsible for catching continuity problems during shooting), you would not have anything to do with the costumes, period, characters, or speech UNLESS they were not the same for all shots within a scene. For example, if a coat was buttoned one moment and opened the next, without there being a scripted reason or believable gap in story time for the change. The style of the coat would not be your concern. FIRST, go to film school. THEN it's all about knowing the right people. Q. I use Windows as my Operating system. I log in to my linux machine using putty. I have gvim installed on Windows. I use cscope on the linux machine whose default editor is vim. I want to change it to gvim. I know this can be done by setting the environment variable CSCOPE_EDITOR. But where should i do that is the question. Please help.
