Should an 8 month old still be waking during the night to eat?
Q. My son is 8 months old and wakes twice during the night screaming. The only way to get him back to sleep is to give him a bottle. Just like clockwork, he'll wake sometime around midnight and again around 5 am (he usually goes to bed between 7-8 pm and gets up around 7-8 am). Is it normal for him to be hungry during the night at his age, or should he be sleeping throught the night completely?

A. After 6 months, you need to question whether he is truely hungry or if he is doing it out of habit. If he's of regular weight and waking up 2xs a night to feed, it sounds like out of habit (of course talk with your doctors). Good luck! I started feeding my babe cereal & milk right before bed and that did the trick for him. Now he still wakes up, but not because he's hungry

A. A free download of Flash 8 is illegal. You can find the serial codes online, if you have to. My friend did. (not telling names). You search for a trial version (like those 30 day trials) online and download it. Then you search for a serial crack for it. Then TADA! You have your programs! PS>> That person who says here's flash 10, that's just a player, not the program.

A. My horse is 14 years old and we barrel race and she is really good. I just have a a bridle, saddle, and leg wraps (which I would say leg protection is a must for barrel racing.) But other things that you would probably want to consider is a tie down, contesting reins, breast collar, etc...) here is a website that has really cool neon colored contesting tack www.smithbrothers.com, and in the little "search catagory" type in "neon tack" and a whole list of brightly colored contesting equipment will come up.

A. BE SURE to do it in a neutral area, meaning not at your home. The Bichon that you currently have will just act out in attempt to protect your home, and not get to know the new one. I would suggest arranging them to meet in a park or an area of that sort, open and not to busy.

A. Don't do anything. It's natural for the kittens to continue nursing as different cats ween their young at different times. Besides, the mother's milk is some of the most nutritious food the kittens can get.

A. I know you are using a "pet moving company", but be sure to get a full explaination on how they move the dog. Dogs can either do well, or do badly when they fly. I don't know if your dog has ever flown before or not... I'd make sure that you knew everything possible before allowing your dog to fly. Get a good check up, blood work, etc. I flew with my dog all the time. I was living in Wash. DC area, and my husband was in Dallas, TX. I flew home and back with my dog several times. She was a very good flier, and never caused any problems. Some other dogs though, don't do so well... And the flights were short- about 3 hours. A. ya, im pritty sure we had a few guys do this from the national guard. and with the reseves since its strickly federal and not state, than i think it would be more likly to happen. you can serve 4 years in college, and then do three active, and then you either have one year left on reseves, or the active time might cover it, im not too sure, you should talk to the rotc section at your college just to make sure it will work.

A. I'd love to help you but what you're asking for is impossible. It is physically impossible to gain that much in such a short time. You could realistically expect to gain 1-2 pounds per week and that's assuming you're training and getting enough calories. To give you an idea. 8 pounds is roughly equivalent to 28000 calories. So you would need to take in 2000 additional calories per day. I'm a powerlifter and I weigh 250, I eat around 4500 calories a day. I gain 1 maybe 2 pounds a week if I'm lucky. Chances are you don't eat more than 2000-2500 calories a day. So imagine eating twice what you eat now. Even if you did that, your body just will not gain more than a certain amount in a given time.
