What is 7th heaven and what are the 6 others? Are there more than 7?

How do I lose 7 pounds w/ just changing the food I eat because I already workout?
Q. 1 I need to lose 7 pounds. I already do 18 hours of gymnastics monday through friday but I don't workout on the weekend. (Its my time to rest.) 2 How do I change my diet and stop eating unhealthy snacks inbetween lunch and dinner and after dinner. 3 If I go to a 1200 healthy diet 6 out of the 7 days a week about how long will it take me to lose 7 pounds?
Asked by Pernicaro - Sat Jul 25 00:36:02 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Here is the most effective plan I've found. Other than that, you can look up proper diets on www.bodybuilding.com. I found that once I was eating clean, I no longer got cravings for sweets or any food for that matter once I had done it perfectly strict for 2 weeks. It is recommended that your caloric intake comes 60% from carbs, 15% from protein, and 25% from fats (go for monounsaturated fats). But keep in mind you need to find out the amount of calories your body consumes at rest so that you know the proper amount of calories to consume.

Can I use win 7 recovery disk on a different computer?
Q. I have windows 7 on my laptop and can make a recovery disk. I want to install windows 7 on my desktop which is currently an xp. I ran windows 7 upgrade advisor and it said my desktop is compatible for windows 7. Will using the windows 7 recovery disks to reformat and install windows 7 on it cause any problems with my desktop? Some people have been telling me the bios might get messed up, but idk. What do you think?
Asked by thunderflr - Tue Apr 13 22:32:02 2010 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. A recovery disk isn't an install disk, it won't do anything on a computer that doesn't have Windows 7 already installed. (And if you don't have an *unused* activation key to use on that computer, the installation would stop running in 30 days even if you could do the installation.)

How large can a 7.2 megapixel photo be printed before it loses the quality of a professional photograph?
Q. Some of my 7.2 megapixel photos seem to be of a professional standard (thanks to photoshop). Rather than print them as normal photos I plan to print them as my own photography book/portfolio of about A3 size. How large can 7.2MP be before they lose quality? What's the minimum MP needed for quality A3 size photos?

What is the difference between the windows 7 upgrade and windows 7 starter to home premium?
Q. I have Windows Vista right now and want to upgrade and I saw both windows 7 and the windows 7 starter to home premium, but one is 30 dollars cheaper. Whats the difference between them?
Asked by unknown - Fri May 7 16:35:52 2010 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. The update is designed to turn Windows Vista into Windows 7. However you have to have the right upgrade version. You can only upgrade Vista Home to Win7 Home, Vista Pro to Win7 Pro, etc. The Win7 Starter to Win7 Home Premium requires you to already have Win7 Starter install (not Vista). It then upgrades it to Win7 Home Premium. It will not work a Vista install.

What is the difference between Windows 7 and Windows 7 Upgrade?
Q. I am using Windows XP and I am considering getting Windows 7. I have been shopping online and I have found Windows 7 and Windows 7 Upgrade. When I think of an upgrade, I think of it as something to improve something that I already have. Is this the case with Windows 7 Upgrade? Is it an improvement on Windows 7? If so, why hasn't the upgrade been integrated with the Windows 7 software?
Asked by ERIC W - Wed Dec 30 23:58:09 2009 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Windows 7 Upgrade is for people who are already running Windows XP or Windows Vista and want to upgrade to Windows 7. It is less costly than the full version of Windows 7, but you must already have a legal license for XP or Vista. (Note: Only Vista allows you to perform a true upgrade, with XP you can use the upgrade license but you have to wipe your existing Windows installation out during the install procedure). Regular Windows 7 is for a new installation on a PC without any prior Windows license.

What is the difference when buying windows 7 from upgrade and full?
Q. Right now I have Windows Xp and I thought it was time to upgrade my computer to Windows 7 but when i looked for the operating system there were posts that said Windows 7 Ultimate - Upgrade and Windows 7 Ultimate - Full. Is the upgrade only for Vista? Which one should i get?
Asked by unknown - Wed Feb 3 07:57:26 2010 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments
A. First, don't get Ultimate - go for professional. Unlike XP and Vista the top versions do not have features that a home user really wants. There are no added goodies you want and performance is the same. Basically the difference is with Upgrade you must have an existing license for a Windows OS. Since you have XP then you are good to go. The downside is if you have to reinstall it is a little more difficult. Especially if you want to move it to another PC. You can do "clean" install (format your machine and then install through custom install) but takes a few tricks. Full install doesn't require an existing O/S but it will let a person upgrade from Vista to Windows 7. There is no direct XP upgrade regardless of the edition you buy.

How do I upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista successfully?
Q. Ok I have windows vista but I want windows 7. So I am planning on getting windows 7 on release date. Now I have never upgraded a computer before and I just bought my laptop in august 2009. How do I successfully upgrade without losing my stuff like: Sims 3 data, Office and school documents, music for Zune HD, and programs I downloaded to my computer. Can I just upgrade and everything will be fine? Please help!

A. You can upgrade and everything will be unaffected. Be sure to make a minor backup just in case. To upgrade: -Start windows normally so you can see the desktop. -Closed any unwanted programs that open at startup. -Insert the windows 7 installation disc. -It will load it up. (If not, double click on the disc on My Computer) -Click "Install Now" -Follow the prompts and until you get to Upgrade or Clean Install. -Click Upgrade. -Windows will begin to upgrade. Congrats, you installed Windows 7 "on top of" Vista.

How can a 7 week old kitten fall 10m onto a brick pavement and survive without a scratch?
Q. Yesterday our new 7 week old kitten jumped on the rail of the balcony (we live on the second floor of an apartment building) and lost its balance. It fell at least 10 metres (11 yards) down to a brick pavement. When I went down and got her she was a bit scared but other than that did not have a scratch or bruise and was playing around 5 minutes later. How could she have done that without hurting herself?
Asked by unknown - Tue Nov 10 20:19:36 2009 - - 12 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Cats, even very young kittens, have an amazing sense of balance. When falling, the fluid in the inner ear shifts and the cat rotates its head until it equalizes and the fluid is level. The body automatically shifts to follow the head, and the cat lands on its feet. It also helps that the cat is extremely agile and his supple muscles and spine respond instantly. A cat has 30 vertebrae - 5 more than humans, which accounts in part for this amazing agility. However in a fall from 10 to 12 feet, there often simply isn't enough time for even an agile cat to complete the full switch to "feet-side down." Older, less-agile cats could be seriously injured, especially when landing on a hard surface.

A. Hi NoNo, Beach Bum Daddy is correct, if you chose to go back to Windows 7 Home Premium, you would need to back up all your data to an external hard drive and do a reinstall of Home Premium. Ultimate is the same OS, just with increased features...I am guessing will want to stick with it! What should I give my girlfriend of 7 months when I finally get to see her for the first time?
Q. We've been long-distance dating for 7 months, and I get to see her again finally after 7 months for the first time (well second, since we first met). She does not like chocolate and most fruit, and is very practical, and likes practical things. What do you suggest I give her as a gift when I get to see her finally later this month?

A. Hm..well I would give her something like a bouquet of roses or just a single rose. You could also get her a simple necklace or earrings. Of course..if you're REALLY close, you could get her an engagement ring... But since you've only been dating for seven months, and most of it has been long distance, I don't think that would be good at all.

I would suggest making the recipe in full and simply cutting back on how much you put into the cake pan --- consider making some cupcakes with it instead... cutting recipes with cakes usually turns out unfortunately! Also, it will probably cut off about 5-10 minutes of baking time, so just make sure you check it with a toothpick prior to the original cooking time given. Good luck!

Q. Can I simply convert the original recipe on a proportionate basis? Say eg, if the recipe says 2 cups, could I change it to 1.5 cups (7/9 times 2 cups). What about the length of baking time ? Thanks!
